Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Nursery Practitioner to provide exceptional care for our Toddlers and Preschoolers. You will work closely with our welcoming nursery team to ensure the emotional, social, and developmental needs of each child are met.
  • Provide High-Quality Care: Create a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our toddlers and preschoolers.
  • Plan and Deliver Activities: Develop age-appropriate activities that support physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Support Early Learning: Utilise the EYFS framework to observe, assess, and track child progress.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain open, warm communication with parents and carers regarding their child’s daily routines and achievements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of our room team, supporting transitions and daily nursery operations.

What We Need From You (Requirements):
  • Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Essential).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting (Essential).
  • Knowledge: A strong working understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a genuine passion for early years education.
  • Bonus: A valid Paediatric First Aid qualification is highly desirable (though we will provide training if needed).

  • Suitability: A self-declaration of suitability to work with children will be required prior to the interview.
